🚚 Shipping Policy Summary

📦 Dispatch Times:
Orders with in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

🚛 Delivery Service:
Most orders use next working day courier (remote areas may take longer).
Saturday deliveries dispatch on Friday (cut-off: Friday noon).
Couriers follow contactless delivery protocols—no signature required.

🌍 International Shipping Times:
🇺🇸 United States: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days.
🌎 Other Locations: Estimated delivery in 14–21 business days.

📝 Delivery Instructions:
You can add instructions at checkout to leave your parcel in a safe place.
If left unattended, it’s at your own risk—we can’t replace or refund for weather/theft damage.

📦 Stock Status:
“In stock” means the item is ready to ship.
Orders with out-of-stock items are dispatched when all items are available.
Want to split your order? We can do so for a small extra charge.

🛠️ Made-to-Order Items:
Some items are custom or artisan and show a lead time (e.g. “1–2 weeks”).
These may take up to 2–4 weeks to be made and shipped.
